Service, atmosphere, quality, clientele: 5/5! A perfect place to pick up snacks and fantastic coffee, with coffee ice cubes for cold drinks! A welcoming atmosphere and diverse patrons make this a lovely spot for a refreshing pause, soothed by vinyls selected by the barista. Absolutely must visit for the ambience!

A tremendous coffee shop with welcoming baristas and delicious pastries and drinks. My dirty chai was everything I could ask for, but the coffee ice cubes were a delightful surprise. The barista was insightful about things to do and see while visiting Little Rock. The atmosphere inside is very calm and laid back. Honestly, skip the corporations and get your coffee fix at this outstanding place!

great atmosphere and even better coffee. homey vibes with lots of locals, records playing, and friendly staff. love the coffee ice cubes and the punch card! perfect central spot to hang out or get some work done

Good size double shot. Very good flavor. They don't serve their espresso with sparkling water typically but they did have it available. Friendly staff. Very eclectic place with a huge record collection and record player. It is small and seating is pretty limited. Pastries all looked store bought.

The loudest I’ve seen River City Coffee get was on one occasion when another customer got so comfortable in his seat he fell asleep and started snoring. It’s a great place to bring a book or laptop and chill for a few hours. As everyone else has said, coffee ice cubes are a simple-but-fantastic idea.

This is a great little local coffee shop! I love the atmosphere here. I'm a temp transplant from Chicagoland. I had a favorite little eclectic place back home that I had been missing, and this had a similar vibe. The coffee is fantastic and the service is always excellent. I go with my kids and they get Italian sodas. They literally have just about every flavor or syrup so they can make any latte flavor or any soda flavor. I also don't drink dairy milk and they have a lot of different options of plant milk. The small selection of bagels, muffins, appreciated by my kids, are always fresh too.

Let’s get straight to it! Hands down the best coffee shop I’ve tried in Little Rock. The staff is very fast (which I truly appreciate as I mainly stop in on my way to work) and friendly. The coffee is delicious. Oh and don’t forget the coffee ice cubes. Genius! Their pricing is very fair as well. I really hope the staff sees the positive feedback and knows they are rocking it!

Amazing drinks!! SO many different syrups to choose from and the barista is awesome! He made sure the sweetness was perfect and even added extra to my drink. I will say I went to study on a Sunday around 2 and it was busy so just be aware! (There was still seating!) The music isn't too loud, very comfortable to talk in, and the chairs/benches are really nice! I recommend a caramel and vanilla latte with whip! 10/10 study/reading/writing place!
